This lovely, luxury 3 bedroom villa is situated in the foothills of Peyia village. Villa St Helena has a master bedroom with en-suite and two, twin guest rooms sharing a communal bathroom. Enter to an open plan dining and living room furnished with leather sofas, WiFi internet and a large movie selection. A modern kitchen, which is fully equipped allows for ease of self catering. The villa is set within a well landscaped garden with a large swimming pool. There are ample sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful Cypriot sunshine. A shaded Pergola provides for delightful outside dining.

The center of Peyia village is a ten minute walk away. It offers all necessary amenities including, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, a gym and even two banks. For beach life, Coral Bay is only 2.5km and has a large sandy cove inclusive of a cafe bar and a full range of water sports. Corallia Bay is the adjacent bay and offers several restaurants on the beachfront. For the more adventurous, the nearby Sea Caves and St George coastline are ideal for a more private day by the sea. And if it's rugged unspoilt coastline you're looking for then the Akamas Nature Reserve starts a mere 5km away. This natural haven is home to a diverse range of animals from turtles to eagles and has the most beautiful isolated beaches. The Akamas Peninsular is ideal for four-wheel drive jeeps or quad bikes and boasts some fantastic shore dives. The tourist resort of Kato Paphos is 15km along the coast. The ancient harbor port has ample historic sites, a variety of entertainment and culinary venues, nightlife and even designer retail outlets.
